You will research, analyze, and transcribe key information into internal systems while managing high-volume workflows under management guidance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and research information to ensure accurate transcription into internal systems.
• Operate a diverse range of tasks and workflows under management guidance.
• Adopt new processes, tasks, and products as required.
• Manage high volumes of work while meeting established deadlines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a high volume processing center.
• Any Graduate degree or High School diploma/GED.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while following specific instructions.
• Proficiency in PC functions and the ability to learn internal technology systems.
• High level of organization and multitasking capability.
• Customer service experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Suite.
