Description

You will provide data science support for global strategy, research, innovation, and operations projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical solutions to improve KPIs and business results using predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Perform in-depth analysis, design search patterns, and build automation tools for data mining and reduction.
• Leverage data mining, predictive modeling, simulation, and visualization to optimize internal performance.
• Drive the acquisition of new data and refine existing datasets to ensure quality and relevance.
• Mentor junior researchers and data scientists to enhance team analytical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience using data to solve problems, perform hypothesis testing, and create visualizations.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture and database management.
• 8+ years of professional development experience.
• Mandatory proficiency in Python or R.
• Solid experience with Big Data technologies, specifically the Databricks platform.
• Strong technical, statistical, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights and storytelling to business leads.
• Master’s degree in a STEM field.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in a STEM field.
• Experience within the auto industry.
