Description

You will lead data science initiatives for global strategy, research, and operations, delivering predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize business KPIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical solutions and automation tools to improve business results and operational efficiency.
• Design search patterns, perform in-depth analysis, and build data mining pipelines for data reduction.
• Leverage predictive modeling, simulation, and visualization to drive internal performance optimization.
• Drive acquisition of new data sources and refine existing datasets to ensure quality and relevance.
• Mentor junior researchers and data scientists to enhance team analytical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience using data to solve problems, perform hypothesis testing, and create visualizations.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture and database management.
• 8+ years of professional development experience.
• Mandatory proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong technical, statistical, and mathematical skills.
• Solid experience with Big Data technologies, specifically the Databricks platform.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights and storytelling to business leads.
• Master’s degree in a STEM field.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in a STEM field.
• Experience within the auto industry.
