You will manage data acquisition and execute email marketing campaigns within the US staffing domain.
Responsibilities
- Identify and compile recruitment-relevant data, including potential clients and industry contacts.
- Maintain and update a database of 200+ verified email IDs for mass mailing.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting US staffing prospects.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to provide actionable optimization insights.
- Ensure all email marketing activities comply with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in RPO and US Staffing processes.
- Proven expertise in manual mass email marketing and campaign execution.
- Strong database management skills for handling large datasets.
- Experience in campaign performance analysis and metric monitoring.
- Proficiency in Data Research for lead generation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align with sales and recruitment teams.
- Any Graduate degree.
