Description

You will lead data science initiatives, building predictive models and statistical solutions to drive business outcomes. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Perform data preparation, cleaning, validation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Build, deploy, and monitor machine learning and forecasting models.
• Apply statistical techniques to structured and unstructured data, including NLP.
• Present findings and model improvements to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience in Data Analytics and Data Science.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, and Statistical Analysis.
• Knowledge of Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Clustering, and Forecasting.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured text data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Post-graduation in Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML, or Computer Science.
