Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead AI solution design and development, including predictive modeling, NLP, GenAI, and agentic AI for workflow automation.
• Build AI-driven workflows that reduce manual effort and simplify multi-step Finance processes.
• Translate ambiguous Finance use cases into clear technical approaches, including data needs and workflow design.
• Collaborate with global Finance teams and engineering partners to validate assumptions, iterate quickly, and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Support responsible AI alignment, program workstream planning, milestone delivery, and risk mitigation.

Skills Required:

• 11 - 14 years of relevant experience in applied AI/ML, advanced analytics, or AI engineering for enterprise transformation.
• Predictive Modelling for Finance-related forecasting and decision-support use cases.
• NLP and GenAI/LLM capabilities, including prompt engineering and model-tuning fundamentals.
• Agentic AI for automation of multi-step business workflows.
• Stakeholder management with senior Finance stakeholders to communicate AI concepts and drive adoption.

Good to Have:

• Cloud platforms, Databricks, and Snowflake for modern data platform enablement.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
