Lead AI solution design and development for enterprise finance transformations, focusing on predictive modeling, NLP, and agentic AI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven workflows that automate multi-step finance processes and reduce manual effort.
• Develop predictive models for finance-related forecasting and decision-support use cases.
• Translate ambiguous finance use cases into technical approaches, defining data needs and workflow architecture.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and engineering partners to validate assumptions and refine solutions.
• Support responsible AI alignment, program planning, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 11-14 years of experience in applied AI/ML, advanced analytics, or AI engineering.
• Strong expertise in predictive modeling for enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in NLP and GenAI/LLM capabilities, including prompt engineering and model tuning.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI for business workflow automation.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with senior finance leaders.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Databricks, and Snowflake.
