You will own the strategy, architecture, and implementation of agentic AI systems for Healthcare Digital.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage MCP servers for structured, secure tool access for AI agents.
• Build multi-agent systems with defined roles collaborating on healthcare workflows.
• Integrate agent-driven capabilities into platforms like Patient Meal Ordering and EVS Task Management.
• Build and deploy predictive models to enable closed-loop automation via agent decision-making.
• Coach and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI engineers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data science, AI engineering, or applied ML.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong experience with MCP servers or similar frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Expertise with ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SciKit-learn.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and structured tool protocols.
• Experience ensuring AI adherence to governance frameworks, including HIPAA.
