Description

You will drive AI use-case discovery, value definition, and productionization as a senior technical advisor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into measurable ML objectives and drive AI use-case discovery.
• Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments, including rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and pilots.
• Evaluate model and feature effectiveness to recommend scale-up or pivot decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams on technical design, build-vs-buy decisions, and productionization.
• Influence stakeholders and guide product strategy without formal authority.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in AI/digital product development, analytics, or data-driven platform roles.
• Strong grounding in probability, statistics, and classical machine learning algorithms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for end-to-end data science execution.
• End-to-end ML lifecycle experience: development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on AI experimentation and iterative product development using data-backed decision making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow and deep learning model development.
• Experience applying deep learning techniques to production analytics or AI-enabled products.
