Description

You build statistical and machine learning models to drive strategic decisions in financial services, real estate, retail, and the public sector. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict consumer behavior.
• Conduct research to identify market opportunities and formulate solvable data questions.
• Build computer models and implement algorithms to enhance predictive capabilities.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear reports and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and clients to integrate insights into business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for scripting and data processing.
• Strong foundation in mathematics for interpreting data and building models.
• Expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to identify and extract relevant datasets to test hypotheses.
• Strong business acumen to communicate financial implications and ROI.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to management.
