You will lead data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics initiatives within the retail domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive advanced analytics initiatives to support retail business goals.
• Develop predictive models and AI/ML-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and data engineering to deliver actionable insights.
• Influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong business acumen for interpreting retail data.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps practices.
