You will develop and maintain credit risk scorecards, leveraging Python and SQL to drive data analysis and model development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scorecards for credit risk assessment.
• Utilize Python and SQL for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance credit risk strategies and decision-making.
• Analyze credit bureau data and banking datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain existing analytical models.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in scorecard development for credit risk.
• Proficiency in Python for statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, and validation.
• Understanding of statistical techniques, machine learning models, and model validation.
• Familiarity with credit bureau data and banking/fintech datasets.
• Knowledge of credit risk regulations and compliance requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.

Preferred Skills

• M.Sc. Statistics, B.Tech., MA Economics, or MBA degree.
