You will leverage large datasets to uncover business value through statistical analysis, machine learning, and advanced data storytelling.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets.
• Architect, validate, and communicate BI solutions including dashboards, KPIs, and interactive reports using Tableau.
• Perform data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate decision science solutions into business processes.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying incomplete data and integrating multiple sources.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data-driven roles.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and NoSQL tools for data analysis and performance tuning.
• Deep experience with Python and external scripting (such as TabPy) for advanced visualizations.
• Advanced expertise in Tableau and BI tools, including Salesforce Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with database management tools such as Snowflake, Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Strong capability in data profiling, sampling, and visualizing terabytes of data.
• Ability to define standards for visual intelligence design and development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving feature requests back to product vendors.
