Description

You will develop, implement, and test AI solutions for the Consumer Auto organization, supporting vendor-developed Agentic AI models and their governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Leverage novel approaches to continuously improve model performance and business outcomes.
• Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance, ethical considerations, and security into every stage of model development and deployment.
• Develop and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI and agentic systems.
• Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative/Technical Discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Economics).
• Minimum 3 years of data science / quantitative modeling work experience.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets, including text.
• Practical experience with deploying LLMs.
• Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Strong knowledge in Python, SQL, or R.
• Ability to establish trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for deployed models.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience designing and implementing predictive models, Generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Strong foundational knowledge of responsible AI practices, including data governance and security protocols.
• Experience with GitHub and repositories.
