Description

You will manage product backlogs and stakeholder expectations to deliver data-driven business value within an Agile framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and prioritize team backlog in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Program Increment planning and system demos to validate features against acceptance criteria.
• Negotiate priorities and manage stakeholder expectations through realistic delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners to align roadmaps and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with value stream architects and SMEs to design solutions that meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a professional environment.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Deep experience soliciting requirements and decomposing them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with Agile software productivity tools, specifically Jira.
• Ability to analyze data integration points and end-to-end process workflows.
• Experience leveraging analytics to improve customer experience and product performance KPIs.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and technical translation skills.
• Experience in the financial industry, specifically with Real Asset business platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certification.
