Good to Have Skills: Prior experience with Mantas or other AML Transaction Monitoring systems, knowledge of EAP, understanding of Gen AI algorithms, experience in clustering and customer risk scoring model development, random client analysis, strong process and project management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis for segmentation and clustering development and review, AML scenario development and enhancement, threshold tuning, and outlier analysis.
• Strengthen AML knowledge, process governance and controls while supporting regulatory exams, internal audit, compliance assurance tests.
• Generate new ideas, concepts and models to improve methods of obtaining and evaluating quantitative and qualitative data.
• Maintain industry leading knowledge of tools, systems and processes available for best-in-class AML detection and monitoring operations.
• Manage the project pipeline to ensure prioritization and resourcing while influencing analytic approaches through learnings and insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to initiatives across the AIM team and establish structured interaction models with partners.

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Analytics Industry with mandatory prior experience in AML, Mantas or any other AML Transaction Monitoring systems.

Education: Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, or technical science
