Description

You will build and tune AML analytics models, focusing on segmentation, clustering, and risk scoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review AML scenarios, including threshold tuning and outlier analysis.
• Create statistical models for customer segmentation and risk scoring using Python and SQL.
• Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and compliance assurance tests.
• Manage the project pipeline to ensure proper prioritization and resourcing.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Financial Services or Analytics Industry.
• Strong background in AML, specifically Mantas or similar Transaction Monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Statistical Modeling.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and AML Scenarios Development.
• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Technical Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Gen AI algorithms and clustering techniques.
• Experience with EAP and random client analysis.
