Description

We are seeking a senior leader in Data Science and AI to spearhead large-scale analytics and machine learning initiatives for our global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI and advanced analytics programs
- Define the Data Science strategy and roadmap
- Mentor high-performing teams and ensure project delivery
- Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders

Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Applied Machine Learning, AI, and Analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Spark, and SQL
- Expertise in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Statistics, and large-scale data
- Cloud exposure in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills
- Consulting background preferred, with experience managing a P&L of $3 million and a team size of 100
- Reporting to the Engagement Manager, with a background in Machine Learning practice
- Experience in presales and solutioning, including RFPs and RFQs
