Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers.
  • Develop scalable machine learning models and data pipelines.
  • Translate business problems into data science solutions.
  • Build predictive models for advertising and business optimization.
  • Drive innovation in forecasting, targeting, pricing, and ad delivery.
  • Design and analyze A/B testing experiments.
  • Define and monitor product and model performance metrics.
  • Establish dataset creation, labeling, and evaluation processes.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Ensure deployment and monitoring of production ML solutions.
  • Drive best practices in data science, analytics, and experimentation.

Experience Required:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing data science teams.
  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning and AI model development.
  • Deep understanding of statistics, data analysis, and modeling techniques.
  • Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests.
  • Hands-on experience with dataset creation, labeling, and evaluation.
  • Experience building and deploying production ML solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, optimization, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with Airflow, Databricks, SageMaker, or data warehouses is a plus.
  • Digital Advertising or Marketing Technology experience preferred.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI is an advantage.
