Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers.
- Develop scalable machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Translate business problems into data science solutions.
- Build predictive models for advertising and business optimization.
- Drive innovation in forecasting, targeting, pricing, and ad delivery.
- Design and analyze A/B testing experiments.
- Define and monitor product and model performance metrics.
- Establish dataset creation, labeling, and evaluation processes.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Ensure deployment and monitoring of production ML solutions.
- Drive best practices in data science, analytics, and experimentation.
Experience Required:
- 10-12 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing data science teams.
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning and AI model development.
- Deep understanding of statistics, data analysis, and modeling techniques.
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests.
- Hands-on experience with dataset creation, labeling, and evaluation.
- Experience building and deploying production ML solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of forecasting, optimization, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with Airflow, Databricks, SageMaker, or data warehouses is a plus.
- Digital Advertising or Marketing Technology experience preferred.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI is an advantage.
