You will lead end-to-end AI and advanced analytics programs for global enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the data science strategy and roadmap.
• Lead large-scale analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Mentor high-performing teams and ensure project delivery.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders on presales, solutioning, RFPs, and RFQs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Applied Machine Learning, AI, and Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Expertise in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Statistics, and large-scale data.
• Cloud exposure in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience managing a P&L of $3 million and a team size of 100.
• Consulting background with client-facing and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Machine Learning practice and reporting to Engagement Manager.
