Description

Lead and mentor data science teams to build scalable machine learning models and production AI systems for advertising analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines for business optimization.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B testing experiments to drive product and model performance.
• Translate complex business problems into actionable data science solutions and predictive models.
• Establish rigorous processes for dataset creation, labeling, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to monitor and optimize production ML solutions.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing data science or ML engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, AI model development, and statistical modeling.
• Deep understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and experimentation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with dataset creation, labeling, and evaluation workflows.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production ML solutions.
• B.Tech, M.Tech (Dual), or B.E. degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Airflow, Databricks, SageMaker, or data warehouses.
• Background in digital advertising or marketing technology.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
