Description

You will design and develop AI/ML algorithms for ad decisioning, bid auctioning, creative optimization, forecasting, and data classification.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain predictive models, dashboards, and automated reports to monitor performance.
• Develop data preparation strategies and automate ETL processes from ad serving events.
• Perform feature engineering and analyze large datasets from event logs to identify trends and anomalies.
• Construct MVPs using a proof-of-concept approach with a focus on scalability, speed, and accuracy.
• Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and test new algorithms.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, specifically within Digital Advertising.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, Julia, or Apache Spark.
• Practical experience with machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
• Strong background in statistics, algebra, neural networks, and data modeling.
• Experience with real-time data processing and distributed cloud data frameworks.
• Ability to use Business Intelligence tools and communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, or Operations Research.
