Description

You will build and optimize data science services and big data pipelines to drive business insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute a 12-36 month product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Design and build infrastructure for data extraction, preparation, and loading using SQL, AWS DMS, and AWS Data Pipeline.
• Build analytics tools to provide insights into customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis on data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and code data science services under the direction of the VP/Chief Architect.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data science roles.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and query authoring.
• Experience building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
• Proficiency with AWS DMS and AWS Data Pipeline.
• Proven ability to build processes for data transformation, metadata, and workload management.
• Experience extracting value from large, disconnected, or unstructured datasets.
• Ability to project manage and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
