Description
You will solve strategic and tactical sales and marketing problems within the life sciences, biotechnology, and healthcare industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain processes for sales and marketing operations, including Sales Force Sizing, Promotion Response Modeling, and Market Mix Optimization.
- Execute analyses through offshore teams and translate results for diverse business users.
- Build and refine analysis templates for problem diagnosis and opportunity assessment.
- Apply statistical techniques such as regression modeling, optimization, and machine learning to calculate sales and managed care KPIs.
- Manage analytical projects by formulating methodologies, establishing data requirements, and determining task timelines.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of consulting experience with Life Sciences secondary data (Patient, Physician, and Payer datasets).
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and R or Python.
- Experience with at least one big data hosting technology: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of US-based Physician, Patient, and Payer level Life Sciences data sources.
- Strong command of statistical techniques including regression modeling and machine learning.
- BS or higher in an engineering or quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations, Research, Economics, or Econometrics) from a Tier 1 college.
- Proven ability to manage complex tasks with minimal supervision.
