Lead data science initiatives to build production-grade AI/ML models that solve complex business problems and drive client innovation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frameworks for developing, deploying, and monitoring production-level ML models.
• Lead multiple teams and manage onsite-offshore relationships to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into state-of-the-art data science solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management with a focus on business impact.
• Develop team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Required Skills

• 8-20 years of experience in data science with hands-on ML model building.
• Expertise in ML techniques: Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time Series, Deep Learning, NLP, and Gen AI.
• Proficient in algorithms: Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, SVM, Gradient Boosted Trees, ANNs, CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and Spark.
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with ML CI/CD pipelines and deploying models to production.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, A/B testing, and hypothesis testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Retail industry.
• Knowledge of GPU code optimization and Spark MLlib optimization.
• Experience with Graph Networks, Recommender Systems, and Federated Learning.
