Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions.
✔ Build and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines for accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.
✔ Design LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, orchestration, chaining, and tool integration.
✔ Lead EDA, data understanding, statistical modeling, and machine learning initiatives.
✔ Develop production-ready AI solutions using AWS, Databricks, Python, APIs, and cloud platforms.
✔ Own end-to-end delivery from problem definition through production deployment.
✔ Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, timelines, milestones, and project deliverables.
✔ Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, backlog management, and work tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO).
