Description

Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions from problem definition through production deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines for accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Design LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, orchestration, chaining, and tool integration.
• Lead EDA, data understanding, statistical modeling, and machine learning initiatives.
• Own end-to-end delivery including cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Drive Agile/Scrum execution and work tracking using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Data Science experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/Generative AI experience.
• Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Advanced RAG Architecture.
• LLMs, Embeddings, Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus), and Prompt Engineering.
• Agentic AI Solutions and LLM Orchestration.
• AWS, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Azure DevOps for project management.
