Description

You will lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to design, prototype, and build next-generation analytics engines and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead data mining and collection procedures while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Conceive, plan, and prioritize data projects to align with organizational goals.
• Build analytic systems, predictive models, and complex algorithms to drive innovation.
• Develop end-to-end analytics use cases and conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with model developers to implement and deploy scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in a statistical or data science role.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLM).
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Matlab.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, optimization, and classification models including ensemble techniques.
• Experience with unsupervised models such as K-Means, DBSCAN, or LOF.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning architectures like CNN, RNN, GAN, or Markov.
• Practical knowledge of Explainable AI.
• Experience working with large data sets and distributed computing tools like Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with semi-structured or unstructured databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Programming proficiency in C, C++, Java, or .NET.
