Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that drive strategic business outcomes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists through the full machine learning lifecycle.
• Design and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop models focused on time series forecasting and causal inference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data manipulation and model development.
• Expertise in Time Series Forecasting including ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, and XGBoost.
• Experience with Causal ML such as uplift modeling, propensity scoring, and causal impact analysis.
• Deep Learning experience with neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs), transformers, and embeddings.
• NLP skills covering language modeling, BERT, GPT, text classification, and summarization.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, SageMaker, Lambda, and Glue.
• Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse architecture and collaborative ML workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with embeddings like Word2Vec.
