Description

You will lead AI/ML teams and establish AIOps processes from the ground up.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution development teams using RAG, Airflow, OpenSearch, and Knowledge Graphs.
• Build LLM/SLM based solutions and chatbots.
• Develop AI/ML models for NLP and predictive AI using core Python libraries.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines specifically for AI/ML models.
• Oversee L1 and L2 support models.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in L1 and L2 support models.
• 3+ years of experience in AIOps and MLOps areas.
• 2+ years of experience in DevSecOps with cloud exposure.
• Proficiency in Java and Python technology stacks.
• Experience with AWS and ELK technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GraphQL, and Spring reactive services.
• Experience with Microservices applications and Spring Boot.
• Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing RAG and Airflow workflows.
• Knowledge of OpenSearch and Knowledge Graphs.
