Description

Lead the Data Science team in developing machine learning solutions and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Data Science team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to identify opportunities for machine learning to solve business challenges.
• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms, including predictive modeling and natural language processing.
• Implement strategies to extract actionable insights from data for enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering data-driven solutions in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience leading data science teams.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Expertise in Python.
• Advanced SQL expertise for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
