Description

Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions for the Consumer Auto organization, including Agentic AI models and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and test AI solutions, supporting vendor-developed Agentic AI models and their governance.
• Improve model performance and business outcomes using novel approaches.
• Integrate responsible AI practices, including governance, ethics, and security, into the model development lifecycle.
• Maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI/agentic systems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical discipline (Math, CS, Data Science, Economics); Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of data science or quantitative modeling experience.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, including text data.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, or R.
• Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Ability to establish benchmarks and monitor operational performance for deployed models.
• Experience deploying LLMs.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience designing predictive models, Generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Experience with GitHub and repository management.
