Description

You will lead the development of scalable machine learning pipelines and deliver data-driven insights to business teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable machine learning pipelines for forecasting, propensity, and clustering.
• Develop models that address imbalanced data, uncleaned datasets, and outliers.
• Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model accuracy.
• Apply statistical algorithms including multiple regression and propensity modeling.
• Communicate technical results and analytical insights to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical programming.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for database management and ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of mathematical foundations including probability, calculus, and optimization.
• Proven track record of delivering ML projects involving NLP and statistical techniques.
• Experience managing imbalanced datasets and outlier treatment.
• Ability to work in client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
