Description

Manage the data science team and development lifecycle using software engineering models and modified Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Manage, create, assign, and monitor tasks within Asana and Jira.
• Coordinate with the Branch Chief to develop project proposals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the branch's project intake and ticketing system within Jira.
• Collaborate on creating a project SOP for the branch.
• Oversee the Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Jira and Asana.
• Experience with GitHub, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Ability to perform data analysis and budget management.
• Experience in meeting coordination, executive-level support, and producing meeting minutes/summary reports.
• Website content management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
