You manage the end-to-end delivery of data science projects, from scope through to implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects, managing timelines, risks, and outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets and build predictive models to guide decision-making.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automation.
• Translate analytics into business recommendations that boost efficiency and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong skills in machine learning, statistics, and data insights.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with Jira or Confluence for project tracking.
• Proven project management abilities using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to influence decisions and manage stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing automation.
