Description

You will own the development, optimization, and deployment of computer-vision algorithms, specifically YOLO-based models, for edge deployment. This role requires fine-tuning off-the-shelf models and applying quantization and distillation techniques to meet performance constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and retrain YOLO-based models for object detection tasks.
• Apply quantization and distillation techniques to optimize models for edge deployment.
• Containerize FastAPI-based web services using Docker and publish results to message brokers.
• Operate and maintain production architecture on Google Cloud Platform using Kubernetes.
• Implement scalable architectures using Python and TypeScript.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with YOLO-based models and ML frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Docker proficiency for containerizing services.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of FastAPI and message brokers.
• 10+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scalable system architectures.
• Familiarity with edge deployment constraints.
