Description

You will optimize and deploy computer-vision models for edge devices, owning the full lifecycle from fine-tuning to production release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and retrain YOLO-based models for object detection tasks.
• Apply quantization and distillation techniques to optimize model performance for edge deployment.
• Containerize FastAPI-based web services using Docker and publish results to message brokers.
• Operate production architecture on Google Cloud Platform using Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with computer-vision algorithms, specifically YOLO-based models.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of scalable architectures and ML frameworks.
• 10+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model optimization techniques like quantization and distillation.
