Description

You will implement Generative AI solutions for commercial real estate trend analysis, property valuation, and decision support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Design and deploy AI agents to automate processes and enhance decision support in real estate transactions.
• Implement AI orchestration to streamline and optimize the interaction of multiple AI components.
• Integrate diverse datasets and streamline data pipelines for AI-driven processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience implementing ML models in production.
• Strong proficiency in statistics, data visualization, and Python/R programming.
• Experience with data integration and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in version control (Git).
• Experience with AI agents for decision support.
• Collaboration experience with DevOps for model integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in fine-tuning language models (LLMs).
• Understanding of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
