Description

You will validate the accuracy, performance, and integrity of data science models and analytics pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries using joins, window functions, and CTEs to validate data transformations.
• Test MongoDB aggregation pipelines and evaluate schema tradeoffs in document-based systems.
• Validate Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and metric refresh behaviors.
• Apply statistical reasoning to detect bias, interpret trends, and verify segmentation logic.
• Execute testing activities within an Agile/SDLC environment using Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data testing or analytics validation.
• Strong SQL proficiency with Oracle (preferred), including performance-aware queries.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines.
• Functional knowledge of Power BI, data modeling, and DAX.
• Understanding of statistical distributions, aggregation effects, and bias detection.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Jira.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for exploratory analysis or automated validation checks.
• Familiarity with BI semantic modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Exposure to engineering tooling such as Jenkins, SonarQube, or Ansible Tower.
