Description

You will lead data research and analysis efforts for the Criminal and Rap Back Information System (CRIS) project while managing two specialized teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test data team and the Microsoft Power BI reports team.
• Perform complex data research and analysis to support system and interface testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers, interface partners, and IT divisions to extract, scrub, and pre-position test data.
• Research, document, and develop Power BI reports based on stakeholder requirements.
• Manage security access, user profiles, and test data management in coordination with the Information Security Officer.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in complex data analysis and statistical reporting.
• Extensive experience developing Power BI reports.
• Proven experience developing system test plans.
• Experience implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions.
• Ability to analyze functional and nonfunctional system requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Products including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical internal customers in English.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on criminal justice projects.
