Lead the data science team in developing machine learning solutions for financial crime, risk, and compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a data science team through technical guidance.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to address financial crime and risk challenges.
• Conduct AI research and development to build new solutions.
• Apply statistical methods to solve complex compliance problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the software industry.
• Proficiency in Python and practical application of the language.
• Applied statistical skills including statistical tests, distributions, and regression.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience as a Data Scientist.
• Familiarity with AWS or other public/private cloud infrastructures.
• Exposure to generative AI.
