You will design and develop enterprise-scale ML and NLP solutions, focusing on document intelligence and language processing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy supervised and unsupervised learning models for Named Entity Recognition, Document Classification, and Summarization.
• Develop ML/NLP pipelines to process large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Manage the full model lifecycle including data cleaning, feature creation, model selection, ensemble methods, and performance visualization.
• Implement NLP techniques for Topic Modelling, Dialog Systems, Sentiment Analysis, and OCR text processing.
• Integrate Gen AI and open-source models into existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related technical role.
• 5+ years of Python programming experience specifically for ML/NLP model development.
• 5+ years of software development experience within an Agile process.
• 2+ years of experience building enterprise-scale ML/NLP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with OCR products and text processing.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML principles and exposure to new Gen AI open-source models.
• Expertise in model selection, ensemble methods, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale unstructured data pipelines.
