You will build and deploy AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop machine learning and deep learning algorithms to address complex industry challenges.
• Execute data analysis, cleaning, validation, and error analysis to mine big data and enhance model accuracy.
• Define and enhance feature engineering processes, considering business constraints.
• Deliver end-to-end analytical solutions and collaborate within an Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Maintain and improve existing ML/DL algorithms, deploying models to meet success criteria.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning roles.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning algorithms (supervised & unsupervised learning).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Strong working knowledge of NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, transformers).
• Proficiency in Python and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and large-scale data environments.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data environments and complex business constraint optimization.
