Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and build LLM-based AI solutions and agents.
• Develop Agentic AI capabilities for ticket analysis and resolution support.
• Optimize RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval strategies.
• Prepare and structure operational data for AI applications.
• Analyze model outputs to identify quality issues and improve accuracy.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 8 years of experience in Data Science or AI Engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of RAG and prompt engineering.
• Experience with MLOps practices including model management and deployment.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Azure or GCP.
• Experience with AI agents or multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases like Qdrant.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
