You will design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to drive business impact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute data science projects from design through to production.
• Build scalable machine learning and statistical models for diverse use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models in real-time and batch environments.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance post-deployment.
• Research and integrate new AI techniques, including LLMs and agentic systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles and data science workflows.
• Experience with transformer architectures including SLM, LLM, VLM, and Embedding Models.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API development and containerization using Docker or Podman.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, CloudSQL, and VectorSearch.
• Practical experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
