Description

You will serve as the bridge between the Decision Science Ecosystem platform team and the internal data science community, focusing on enabling data scientists to model and operationalize solutions. You will foster a developer community around Global Data Assets & Analytics platforms, organizing hackathons and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data scientists to implement best practices and align with platform vision.
• Develop and contribute tools that simplify platform operations and streamline model deployment.
• Create educational content and provide technical support to the community.
• Gather developer feedback and advocate for community needs across GDA&A teams.
• Build relationships with key influencers to extend the platform’s reach.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science, data modeling, or AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment strategies.
• Expertise in at least one top cloud platform: AWS SageMaker, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to read and understand code without primary development responsibilities.
• Masters degree in a relevant technical field.
