You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to detect and mitigate fraud within the banking and fintech sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning models for fraud detection and transaction monitoring.
• Translate complex business briefs into actionable, data-driven technical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and deliver production-grade AI/ML artifacts.
• Manage model risk requirements throughout the end-to-end solution lifecycle.
• Apply SME-level knowledge of fraud patterns to solve real-world business problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Extensive experience in fraud analytics, risk management, or financial crime analytics.
• Expertise in building scalable AI/ML applications on the AWS ecosystem.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation.
• Experience with PySpark and Databricks for processing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings via PowerPoint to business stakeholders.
