Analyze healthcare survey data to drive business decisions and executive strategy. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex SQL queries using DDL and DML to extract and manipulate data.
• Correlate survey datasets with healthcare data to identify meaningful trends.
• Build and support unique dashboard builds and short-term analytical reports.
• Translate complex data findings into clear narratives and PowerPoint presentations for leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytical roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, specifically with complex queries, DDL, and DML.
• Experience working within Snowflake environments.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation.
• Strong expertise in Pandas for data analysis.
• Ability to interpret healthcare-related survey datasets.
• Experience presenting technical findings to executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for translating data into business insights.
