Required Qualifications:
✔️ 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Data Analytics
✔️ Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field
✔️ Strong experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment
✔️ Expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL
✔️ Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks
✔️ Knowledge of cloud-based data analytics solutions
✔️ Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to data science best practices
✔️ Preference for candidates with stability in recent roles (3+ years in the latest position)
