Description

You will build and iterate on GenAI applications and proof-of-concepts using Python and modern LLM frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write production-quality code for rapid prototyping and full-scale application development.
• Build AI components including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Integrate models using Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic's Claude API.
• Prepare datasets, run experiments, and evaluate model and prompt performance.
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot issues and implement new technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or data science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Foundational understanding of machine learning and deep learning.
• Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with common data science libraries.
• Ability to interact with and integrate APIs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CrewAI and multi-agent orchestration.
